BOX OFFICE AND WILL CALL

All events are mobile entry. This means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. Please ensure you download your tickets before arrival. Tickets can also be accessed via the Rogers Stadium or Ticketmaster app. For a step-by-step guide on using mobile entry please visit Ticketmaster.ca. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted.

Fans picking up Will Call tickets must bring a valid piece of government-issued photo ID to collect their tickets from the Box Office.

Onsite Support 

The box office is located between Gate 1 and Gate 2. Mobile ticket assistance is available at the box office during operating hours: 2:00pm until 10:00pm for Chris Stapleton. Open on show days only.

For troubleshooting support at the box office, please ensure that the ticketholder brings a valid piece of government-issued photo ID and the payment card used to purchase the ticket(s).

Walk-Up Sales

You are able to purchase tickets at the box office on show days, if available. Note that if a show is sold out, we do not hold additional tickets at the box office.
