
Know Before You Go
GENERAL INFORMATION
Rogers Stadium is located at YZD. Pedestrian access located at 105 Carl Hall Rd, North York, ON. Please make sure to double check your route before leaving and while in transit to the show as unforeseen delays and route diversions can happen at any time. As always, please give yourself extra time to access the venue.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
We strongly recommend that you take public transit or rideshare options. The nearest stops are Downsview Park Station and Sheppard West Station. There are also multiple bus routes which service the area including the 84 Sheppard West, 107A York University Heights, 108A Driftwood, and more. Please visit GOtransit.com or ttc.ca for scheduling information and download their apps for the most up to date, real time info.

PARKING
There will be NO PUBLIC PARKING available on site for Rogers Stadium events. Parking in the general area surrounding Downsview Park is extremely limited. We strongly recommend that all fans take public transit or rideshare when planning your commute.
If driving to Rogers Stadium is necessary, we strongly recommend utilizing the available park and ride lots available at nearby TTC stations and taking the subway to Downsview Park Station. Paid commuter parking will be available at York University, offering convenient and quick access by subway to the concert venue via York University Station. Alternative nearby TTC park and ride lots include:
- Pioneer Village Station
- Highway 407 Station
- Finch West Station

MOBILE TICKETING
All events will be mobile entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For a step-by-step guide on using mobile entry please visit Ticketmaster.
CASHLESS PAYMENT
Rogers Stadium is a cashless venue and does not accept cash at any point of sale.
BOX OFFICE & WILL CALL
The Box Office will be open on Rogers Stadium EVENT DAYS ONLY from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, located by Gate 2.
Fans picking up Will Call tickets must bring a valid piece of government issued photo ID to collect their tickets from the Box Office.
For ticketing support, please ensure the ticketholder brings a valid piece of government issued photo ID and the payment card used to purchase the ticket(s).
SMOKING & CANNABIS POLICY
Rogers Stadium is a smoke-free facility, and this includes the use of cannabis. Any fan found smoking or vaping inside the venue may be removed from the facility without compensation. Rogers Stadium does not provide designated outdoor smoking areas, and there are no in-and-out privileges at any time.
LOST AND FOUND
Rogers Stadium is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
If you lose an item during a Rogers Stadium event, please check in with Guest Services at Gate 1 to see if it has been found. All items not picked up on the night of the event will be uploaded to our Pixit site for fans to claim their items. If lost items are not picked up within a 2-week period, they will be disposed of. Prohibited items may be disposed of within 24 hours after the event is complete.
GUEST SERVICES
Rogers Stadium staff are on-site to ensure that all fans have a safe and memorable experience at our events. Should you have any questions or concerns, or require assistance during an event, please visit a Guest Services counter at Gate 1 or Gate 3.

WATER REFILL STATIONS
Free water refill stations can be found throughout Fan Plaza on the East and West sides of the seating areas. Fans are permitted to bring one empty, plastic, reusable water bottle or hydration pack per person into the venue during Rogers Stadium events.
No glass or metal water bottles will be permitted in Rogers Stadium at any time.
CHARGING STATIONS
Mobile charging stations will be found throughout Fan Plaza at Rogers Stadium. Stations will be compatible with all mobile devices, and include UCB-C, lightning, and mini/micro-USB inputs.
Fans are also permitted to bring their own portable chargers for mobile devices to Rogers Stadium events.
CAMPING & EARLY QUEUING
Rogers Stadium strongly advises against standing in line for a prolonged period of time and prohibits overnight queuing for fans' safety. Fans that choose to come early are not guaranteed a spot close to the stage.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
For your safety and the safety of others, be sure to:
- Stay hydrated and drink lots of water
- Wear sunscreen and dress for the weather
- Check your local Public Health website for the latest information about communicable illness (i.e. COVID-19)
- Check your local Public Health website on safe substance use and alcohol consumption
- Do not bring prohibited items into the event
- Follow our Fan Code of Conduct for your and everyone’s safety
- Follow instruction from security and venue staff – they are here to help
- If you see something, say something – report safety and security concerns immediately to security and venue staff
PROHIBITED ITEMS
We do not allow the following in our venue:
- Weapons including but not limited to: firearms, knives, combat weapons (e.g. swords, nunchakus, Kamas, Sai), explosives, heavy chains (excluding purse straps less than one (1) inch in diameter and two (2) feet in length), brass knuckles, clubs/bats/sticks, pepper spray, aerosol sprays, nitrous oxide, ammunition, and training ammunition rounds, explosives and explosive components, fireworks, fire-starters, and open flames, CBR (chemical-biological radiation) substances, projectiles of any kind and any replica of same items that could be mistakenly identified as weapons under this policy
- ALL BACKPACKS, any bag or soft-sided container, with or without handles or carrying straps, larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) (or exceeding 864 cubic inches/13,500 cubic centimeters of total volume). An exception may be made for medically necessary or infant care (diaper) bags after search
- Outside food and drink (including water), alcohol, cans, and bottles and glass containers
- Illegal drugs and substances, including unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles. Prescription medicine in its original, unexpired and unadulterated container, in the name matching the individual’s government issued photo identification may be allowed in the venue. Unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles are not permitted in LNE Venues
- Drug paraphernalia
- Laser pens or pointers
- Spray paint
- Stickers
- Chairs
- Large umbrellas
- Sport balls
- Glow sticks
- Selfie sticks
- Banners, flags or signs
- Bicycles
- Laptops, tablets
- Any professional audio/video recording devices (SLR, DSLR, GoPro, cameras with detachable lenses, camera stand, tripods, lenses etc.)
- Animals (with the exception of service animals)
- Noise-making devices
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that your conduct contribute to everyone’s enjoyment of the event, be legally appropriate and not be offensive or abusive to others. For your safety and comfort, unacceptable conduct is subject to ejection and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Use of foul, threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures
- Discrimination, bullying or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance or other
- Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact, or sexual attention
- Fighting or any other type of violence
- Wearing or using clothing, signs, and banners which are offensive in nature.
- Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol/cannabis or consumption of illegal substances
- Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event
- Being in possession of alcohol not purchased inside the venue
- Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing a minor with alcohol
- Being in possession of weapons, illegal substances, or any other prohibited items
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, and cannabis)
- Unpermitted access and breaching perimeters to the venue, VIP areas or other restricted areas
- Any other conduct that may be deemed by Security or Venue Management to be inappropriate or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, or disruption of the event
