Know Before You Go

PLEASE NOTE: Rogers Stadium is located at YZD (former Downsview Airport Lands)

Rogers Stadium is a Rain or Shine venue. In the event of severe weather we will monitor the situation closely and keep fans notified via our social media pages and venue digital screens.

GETTING TO ROGERS STADIUM

Rogers Stadium is located at YZD. The best way to get to and from the venue is by taking TTC or GO Transit.

TTC + GO TRANSIT

Downsview Park Station is the closest and most convenient TTC subway and GO Transit stop (approx. 10-min walk) to Rogers Stadium. Sheppard West and Wilson Stations are also nearby TTC subway alternatives. There are multiple bus routes which service the area including the 84 Sheppard West, 96 Wilson, 107 York University Heights, 108 Driftwood, and more.

RIDESHARE PICK-UP & DROP-OFF

The entrance to rideshare and pick-up / drop-off lot is located at 111 Beffort Rd.
To access, drive north on Dufferin Street. Dufferin St turns into Beffort Rd once you are north of Wilson Ave. You will see the entrance to our rideshare lot on the west/right side of the street.

Once dropped off, follow signage to access the pedestrian walking path that will lead to all 3 gates.  PLEASE NOTE: this is only for those getting dropped off. There is NO access to the venue via Beffort Rd for those arriving by foot.

PARKING

Parking onsite and in the surrounding area is extremely limited. If driving to Rogers Stadium is necessary, parking is available at a number of satellite parking lots at nearby TTC subway stations. In addition to TTC lots, paid commuter parking will be available at York University, offering convenient and quick access by subway to the concert venue via York University Station.

Additional nearby TTC satellite parking lots include:

  • Sheppard West Station
  • Pioneer Village Station
  • Highway 407 Station
  • Finch West Station 

BIKE

Rogers Stadium is proud to partner with BikeShare TO and Cycle TO to provide cycling options to our fans. For fans riding their own bicycles to Rogers Stadium, we will have complimentary bike lock ups courtesy of Cycle Toronto, located outside of Gate 1.

For fans using Bike Share Toronto to get to and from Rogers Stadium events, we will have Bike Share Toronto docks at the venue on event days only, located outside of Gate 1.

VENUE ENTRY

Gate 1 - All fans can enter the stadium through this gate.

Gate 2 - Rogers customers get exclusive entry through Rogers Beyond the Seat.  Simply show your device or MyRogers app at the gate to skip the main line.

VIP ticketholders may also check-in and enter through Gate 2. 

Gate 3 - Premium Ticketholder and American Express® Cardmember Entrance. American Express® Cardmembers can enter this gate upon the presentation of a valid American Express Card. Digital copies not accepted.

All entry gates at Rogers Stadium are accessible via wheelchair and/or mobility device. Wheelchair escorts to your seats are available at Gate 1 and Gate 3.

GETTING HOME

Fans are encouraged to utilize Downsview Park Station, Sheppard West and Wilson Stations when exiting the stadium.

  • Exit Gate 1 for Downsview Park Station (approx. 10 min walk)
  • Exit Gate 2 for Sheppard West Station (approx. 10 min walk)
  • Exit Gate 3 for Wilson Station

FREE + INCREASED TTC + GO TRANSIT SERVICE

To get you home or back to your car, we are providing FREE rides home on the TTC and GO Transit after all 14 shows this summer!  To ensure smoother travel, TTC and GO Transit will be running more frequent service in the area.  GO Transit - If you are using the Barrie line train to Union Station after the concert, please note that the last train will depart at 11:55 p.m. Regular GO bus service will also be running.

GO Transit - Union Station is only 1 stop south of Downsview Park GO Station. Please note: three additional southbound Barrie line trains have been added to Union Station after the concert.  The last train will depart at 11:55 p.m. Regular GO bus service will also be running.

SAFETY QUEUING AT DOWNSVIEW PARK STATION

For everyone’s safety, on-site staff may ask you to queue before entering Downsview Park Station. Please be prepared for short delays as we work to ensure a smooth and safe flow into the station. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Please make sure to double check your route before leaving and while in transit to the concert as unforeseen delays and route diversions can happen at any time. As always, please give yourself extra time to access the venue.

ACCESSIBLE TRANSIT VIA TTC

For fans with accessible needs, Wheel-Trans will be providing bus service between Wilson Station and Rogers Stadium on event days for fans arriving and departing via TTC. Pick up will be at the Upper Bus Platform on the southwest corner of the station. For more information please visit: Rogers Stadium Accessibility Page 

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available at Rogers Stadium on event days. To inquire about purchasing an accessible parking pass, please email accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com with your name and event date that you are attending. Accessible parking passes must be purchased in advance of the event, they cannot be purchased upon arrival at the venue.

PLANNED ROAD CLOSURES

Carl Hall Road will be closed between John Drury Rd and Chesswood Drive between 12:00pm and 12:30am on concert days. Sheppard Ave West closed as of 10pm from Keele St to Allen Rd. Curblane closure on Wilson Avenue from Murray Rd to Dufferin from 4:00pm to 12:30am. More information on city road restrictions and closures can be found here.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS

We kindly ask all fans to be considerate of our neighbours and the surrounding community. Please help us by:

  • Not parking in unauthorized areas (nearby streets and neighbourhoods)
  • Avoid idling in residential area
  • Using designated waste bins to keep the area clean
  • Respecting private property and nearby businesses

WATER

There are over 30 free water stations throughout the venue.  Reusable water bottles and hydration packs will be permitted, and must be empty upon entering the venue. NO GLASS OR METAL BOTTLES.

FAN PLAZA

Fan Plaza will open at 4:00pm. We encourage fans to get to the venue early and enjoy the many offerings available including:

  • Rogers Replay – visit the Rogers activation to create a first-of-its-kind personalized recap video, combining pro footage with your own content shot throughout the stadium grounds. Plus, enter for a chance to win a 2026 VIP pass to every show at Rogers Stadium.

OVERNIGHT QUEUING

Rogers Stadium prohibits overnight queuing for fans' safety and strongly advises against  standing in line for a prolonged period of time. Fans who come to site early are not guaranteed a spot close to the stage.

BOX OFFICE AND WILL CALL

All events will be mobile entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For a step-by-step guide on using mobile entry please visit Ticketmaster. 

Fans picking up Will Call tickets must bring a valid piece of government issued photo ID to collect their tickets from the Box Office.

Onsite Support - Mobile ticket help available at the venue Box Office at Gate 2 during our box office open hours of 1:00pm to 10:00pm on show days only. Please ensure the ticketholder brings a valid piece of government issued photo ID and the payment card used to purchase the ticket(s) to a Box Office window.

AGE POLICY

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Guardians must be aged 19 or older. Each attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for entry, except for children under 2 years old, who may sit on the lap of a ticket-holding parent or guardian.

BAG POLICY

For everyone’s safety, security, and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring SMALL clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event.

The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. Bags exceeding 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), but smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) must be single compartment and clear on all sides. Bags smaller than 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), also referred to as a “clutch style” bag, are not required to be clear. An exception may be made for medically necessary or infant care (diaper) bags after search.

BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue. Any individual who leaves the premises and attempts to re-enter the venue must be researched, including their bags and/or carried items. 

PERMITTED ITEMS

  • Empty, plastic reusable water bottles. Glass bottles will not be permitted in the venue at any time

  • Empty hydration packs

  • Prescription medicine in its original, unexpired and unadulterated container, in the name matching the individual’s government issued photo identification

  • Sunscreen and bug spray in non-aerosol and non-metal containers   

  • Non-professional cameras (point & shoots and disposables)  

  • Portable battery packs  

  • Hand fans and small portable fans  

  • Factory sealed Naloxone/Narcan nasal kits  

  • Binoculars 

  • Breast pumps 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Weapons including but not limited to: waterguns, stickers, firearms, knives, combat weapons (e.g. swords, nunchakus, Kamas, Sai), explosives, heavy chains (excluding purse straps less than one (1) inch in diameter and two (2) feet in length), brass knuckles, clubs/bats/sticks, pepper spray, aerosol sprays, nitrous oxide, ammunition, and training ammunition rounds, explosives and explosive components, fireworks, fire-starters, and open flames, CBR (chemical-biological radiation) substances, projectiles of any kind and any replica of same items that could be mistakenly identified as weapons under this policy. 

Outside food and drink (including water), alcohol, cans, and bottles and glass containers.

Illegal drugs and substances, including unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles. Prescription medicine in its original, unexpired and unadulterated container, in the name matching the individual’s government issued photo identification may be allowed in the venue. Unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles are not permitted.  Drug paraphernalia, laser pens or pointers, spray paint, chairs, large umbrellas, sport balls, glow sticks, selfie sticks, banners, flags or signs, Bicycles, Laptops, tablets, any professional audio/video recording devices (SLR, DSLR, GoPro, cameras with detachable lenses, camera stand, tripods, lenses etc.), animals (with the exception of service animals), noise-making devices.

SMOKING AND CANNABIS POLICY

Rogers Stadium is a smoke-free facility, and this includes the use of cannabis. Any fan found smoking or vaping inside the venue may be removed from the facility without compensation. Rogers Stadium does not provide designated outdoor smoking areas, and there are no in-and-out privileges at any time.

CASHLESS PAYMENT

Rogers Stadium is a cashless venue and does not accept cash at any point of sale.

Rogers Stadium staff are on-site to ensure that all fans have a safe and memorable experience at our events. Should you have any questions or concerns, or require assistance during an event, please visit Guest Services at Gate 1, Gate 3, or North 108.

THE CHU FAMILY SENSORY ROOM:
Please check in with Guest Services if you are in need of access to the Chu Family Sensory Room. We are proud to partner with KultureCity and also have their sensory kits available for use at all Guest Service Pod locations. 

ARTIST MERCH

Official tour merch sold at the main merch stand just inside Gate 1, with additional merch locations outside of the gates in the north runway, as well as 2 locations against the north grandstands.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

For your safety and the safety of others, be sure to:

  • Stay hydrated and drink lots of water

  • Wear sunscreen and dress for the weather

  • Check your local Public Health website for the latest information about communicable illness 

  • Check your local Public Health website on safe substance use and alcohol consumption

  • Do not bring prohibited items into the event

  • Follow our Fan Code of Conduct for your and everyone’s safety

  • Follow instruction from security and venue staff – they are here to help

  • If you see something, say something – report safety and security concerns immediately to security and venue staff

NOISE & LIGHT SENSITIVITY

  • Sound levels may be high; fans are encouraged to bring ear protection

  • Strobe lighting and pyro effects may be used throughout the show - please be aware if you are sensitive to flashing lights

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that your conduct contribute to everyone’s enjoyment of the event, be legally appropriate and not be offensive or abusive to others. For your safety and comfort, unacceptable conduct is subject to ejection and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Use of foul, threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures
  • Discrimination, bullying or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance or other
  • Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact, or sexual attention
  • Fighting or any other type of violence
  • Wearing or using clothing, signs, and banners which are offensive in nature.
  • Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol/cannabis or consumption of illegal substances
  • Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event
  • Being in possession of alcohol not purchased inside the venue
  • Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing a minor with alcohol
  • Being in possession of weapons, illegal substances, or any other prohibited items
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, and cannabis)
  • Unpermitted access and breaching perimeters to the venue, VIP areas or other restricted areas
  • Any other conduct that may be deemed by Security or Venue Management to be inappropriate or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, or disruption of the event
