For Everyone’s safety, security, and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring SMALL clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event. The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. Bags exceeding 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), but smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) must be single compartment and clear on all sides. Bags smaller than 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), also referred to as a “clutch style” bag, are not required to be clear. ANY BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue. Any individual who leaves the premises and attempts to re-enter the venue must be researched, including their bags and/or carried items.

Fans picking up Will Call tickets must bring a valid piece of government-issued photo ID to collect their tickets from the Box Office.
ONSITE SUPPORT
The box office is located at between Gate 1 and Gate 2. Mobile ticket assistance is available at the box office during operating hours: 4 hours prior to gates opening until 10pm, on show days only.
For troubleshooting support at the box office, please ensure that the ticketholder brings a valid piece of government-issued photo ID and the payment card used to purchase the ticket(s).
WALK-UP SALES
You are able to purchase tickets at the box office on show days, if available. Note that if a show is sold out, we do not hold additional tickets at the box office.
For fans' safety, Rogers Stadium prohibits overnight queuing, and strongly advises against standing in line for a prolonged period of time. Fans who choose to come early early are not guaranteed a spot close to the stage, and will not have access to the venue amenities prior to gates being open.
Mobile charging stations are available on-site to use at no cost. Find them at our Gate 1 Guest Services Pod, Terminal 81, the American Express® Lounge, and the Birkenstock Lounge.
Stations are compatible with all mobile devices, and include UCB-C, lightning, and mini/micro-USB inputs.
Fans are also permitted to bring their own portable chargers for mobile devices to Rogers Stadium events.
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Guardians must be aged 19 or older. Each attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for entry, except for children under 2 years old, who may sit on the lap of a ticket-holding parent or guardian.

Please remember to collect your belongings at the end of the night, as any items left behind will be brought to Lost & Found.

Ins and outs are not permitted. If you leave the venue at any point, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
K-Pop Lightsticks are only permitted at Rogers Stadium on K-Pop event days. At this time, this includes BTS on August 22nd and 23rd. Only the performing artists' official Lightstick will be permitted in the venue; any unbranded Lightsticks or Lightsticks from other K-Pop artists will not be permitted.
Rogers Stadium is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
If you lose an item during a Rogers Stadium event, please check in with Guest Services at Gate 1 to see if it has been found. All items not picked up on the night of the event will be uploaded to our Pixit site for fans to claim their items. If lost items are not picked up within a 2-week period, they will be disposed of. Prohibited items may be disposed of within 24 hours after the event is complete.
Rogers Stadium is a cashless venue and does not accept cash at any point of sale. Major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile forms of payment are accepted.

Posters, banners, and flags are permitted or prohibited at Rogers Stadium events on a per show basis. Please check the Know Before You Go email sent to all ticketholders prior to your event to confirm if they will be allowed in the venue for your event.
All signage will be checked for inappropriate messaging upon entry.
The following items are prohibited at Rogers Stadium:
Smoking is not permitted inside the Rogers Stadium concert bowl, or under or in front of any structures.
Free water refill stations, powered by Brita, can be found throughout the Fan Plaza, at the east and west sides of the concert bowl and outside of the gates for those waiting in line.
Fans are permitted to bring an empty, plastic, reusable water bottle or hydration pack into the venue (one per person).
No glass or metal water bottles are permitted inside Rogers Stadium.
